Introducing 3TEN: World Cuisine, Cocktails and Wine

New Restaurant in Downtown Lexington Set to Open in Fall 2024 at 310 West Short St

Lexington, Kentucky – Celebrated Chef Jonathan Lundy and Certified Sommelier TJ Cox will open 3TEN in Fall 2024 serving world cuisine, cocktails, and wine. Intercontinental flavors will add to the vibrant dining scene in downtown Lexington’s West Short Street corridor. This culinary and cocktail experience will bookend the duo’s award-winning Corto Lima, a pan-Latin corner hotspot located at 101 West Short Street as part of their hospitality company, Locations Restaurant Group (LRG).

Cox and Lundy promise an unparalleled experience at the upscale, bar-focused establishment where they will blend the culinary creativity of Chef Jonathan Lundy with the discerning palate of award-winning Sommelier TJ Cox. 3TEN will feature a robust 30+ cocktail list and serve guests six nights a week.

3TEN will be a destination where global flavors meet local charm with a rotating menu of small plates and shareable dishes. Guests can expect to find influential ingredients including those of Mediterranean, pan-Asian, and Latin American origins drawing from the duo’s 55+ years of combined experience in Lexington restaurants.

“I’m going in a lot of different directions and enjoying the freedom of not being glued to a specific concept. There’s so much I want to do to make it interesting, fun, and playful,” said Chef Jonathan Lundy.

Complementing Jonathan’s culinary whim, TJ’s extensive cocktail menu features interpretive concoctions of ingredients from botanicals to house-made cordials. A curated wine selection of varieties and regions the world over plus luxury cocktail experiences will support the robust beverage program.

“For me, inspiration comes from bearing witness to each guest’s interaction and recognizing the hands that prepared it. Blending hospitality and culture drives me to create unique and memorable experiences as I continue to search for the perfect pairing,” said Certified Sommelier TJ Cox.

As young restaurant professionals, Cox and Lundy both worked at Roy and Nadine’s which today can be credited with inspiring the 3TEN concept. The pair formalized their partnership at Jonathan at Gratz Park (1998) before consulting with Coba Cocina (2014), opening Corto Lima (2017), developing ItalX (2020), and forming Locations Restaurant Group (2024).

Locations Restaurant Group is a hospitality company that supports Corto Lima, Limestone Kitchen, and 3TEN. LRG is operated by a team that includes Jonathan Lundy, TJ and Brie Cox who each have a real love for Lexington and derive business names that represent unique locations.
